Rekod terberat diri 122.2kg masa tahun 2011.

start program dengan 115.2KG

to be honest, i never dream to change until this far.

so many years i kept my wish, but never work.

until one point, He open my heart,

alhamdullillah..

work for another few kg's to achieve my target..

im still not ideal, yet ill make sure to make it happen.
